A session with me includes the entire scope of my bodywork experience to provide a massage adaptable to your needs. Your enhancements may include Hot Stones, Aromatherapy, a brown sugar foot scrub, or simply hot towels. The session will be Swedish Massage based. Swedish Massage is for relaxation and stress reduction. It relieves muscle tension, increases circulation, reduces pain, and improves sleep. Each massage is designed specifically for the client after a complete medical review.

Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is beneficial because scent travels faster to the brain than sight and sound. Aromas can trigger emotional and even physical responses. Scents can boost energy levels, relax your mood or improve your focus.
Foot Scrub
Besides removing dead cells, a good foot scrub also boosts blood circulation. Improving circulation relieves aches and pains and is also a great stress reliever. An exfoliant, like sugar, is added to the oil, rubbed on the feet, and then removed with hot, wet towels. The feet are massaged and moisture is locked in.
Hot Stone
A hot stone massage is a type of massage therapy. It is to help you relax and ease tense muscles and damaged soft tissues throughout your body. Smooth, heated stones are held in her hand as she completes the massage.
